REGIONAL CLUB LEAGUE
What is the Regional Club League?
Established in 2010, Washington Youth Soccer’s Regional Club League (RCL) brings together the premier clubs within the state, offering top-tier league play and unparalleled player development opportunities.
To achieve the designation of a Regional Club, organizations must comply with the Regional Club League Charter, which sets forth stringent standards, encompassing criteria for coaching licenses, a player development curriculum, and training guidelines to maintain consistency across the League and ensure all Clubs are of comparable quality.
The RCL serves players aged U9 to U19 and will also introduce programming for U9, U8, and U7 athletes, aligned with USSF development principles drawn from elite clubs around the globe. These formative stages will utilize Junior Academy formats to foster training and gameplay that adhere to best practices in soccer.
The RCL boasts flexible scheduling, the utmost competitive environment for teams within Washington Youth Soccer, and a dedicated focus on the development of each individual player.
